By purchasing from Squishstuff, you are agreeing to the following policies:
Shipping Policy
Each item is shipped from China, and the processing time for orders without preorder items is 2-7 business days.
Below are the delivery times:
Usa: 2-6 weeks
Preorder items will be shipped within 2 weeks of the estimated arrival date listed in each item description.
Return Policy
I do not accept returns. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order at Squishstuff@outlook.com. If an item is broken upon arrival, please email me within 24 hours of delivery.
Cancellations and Refunds
Non-preorder items can be cancelled and refunded before it is shipped. If your item has been shipped, I cannot refund you.
Preorder Cancellations and Refunds
By purchasing a preorder item, you are agreeing to wait the allotted time for each item to be made and shipped to you. Squishstuff allows cancellations/refunds up to 14 days after your order. After 14 days, cancellations/refunds for preorder items will not be issued.
